The late John Stott was probably the most influential global evangelical of the 20th century. He died July 27, 2011. But before he graduated to heaven he wrote The Radical Disciple: Some Neglected Aspects of our Calling.

He had been an evangelist and disciplemaker throughout his entire career. And at the end of his life he wrote this book to say good-bye and to mention some discipleship issues that he felt were still being neglected by the church as a whole.

While the book is quite profound it is a simple and a fairly quick read.

If you feel that you would benefit from some extra credit points read this entire book (142 pages). Then send me an email:

1. explaining what you consider to be the three most critical discipleship issues that Stott identifies. 
2. Tell me why you think Dr Stott included them on his list of neglected aspects of discipleship. 
3. Then tell me one concrete thing that you think can be done about each of the three issues.
